Physicals & Required Trainings

As of February 2024, every family will be required to create a DragonFly account which will track required trainings and paperwork. 

All physicals and supporting documents will now be turned in online through the DragonFly account. Please remember that only parents create the account. Student's do not create their own account. Each student will be added to their parent/guardian account.

An APS Physical and Concussion Management Course certificate are required to participate in tryouts. 

Girls Volleyball, Boys and Girls Track and field, Boys and Girls Basketball, and Boys and Girls Soccer are APS Athletics sports that we will have this year. 

If you are a 6th grader please select the 7th grade sports you want to participate in when making a dragonfly account. There are no 6th grade options available on Dragonfly right now. 

Check ATHLETICS websites for additional information, meeting times and dates. All students must turn in a completed physical into dragonfly to participate in all sports activities
