About OST After-School

2019-20 after-school programs

Desert Ridge Middle School is proud to announce the start of the OST (Out of School Time) after-school programs for 2019-2020.   These programs are made possible by your tax dollars, and a partnership between APS, Desert Ridge, and the ABC Community School Partnership in collaboration with the City of Albuquerque.  Students participating in any of the OST After-School programs and activities must complete an "OST Registration Form" for EACH activity they are interested in participating in. (These forms are available from the activity leader, at the front desk, on-line under the ACTIVITIES link on the Desert Ridge website.) The completed “OST Registration Form needs to be given to the activity leader in order to be entered into the lottery the week of September 8th-13th.  Programs will start the week of September 16th.  For programs in which numbers are limited, a lottery system is used to select participants each semester.  Students MUST be picked up by 5:00 each daySupervision is NOT available after 5:00. A “Transportation Release Form will also need to be completed and submitted with the "OST Registration Form" for each activity.  (Descriptions of each activity is on the link to the left.)
