2026-2027 Supply List 

This is a list of items that students need to keep with them at all times and  to be carried to every class: 

• #2 pencils or mechanical pencils with lead 
• loose leaf paper 
• red and black or blue pens 
• colored pencils 
• large eraser 
• at least 3 different colored highlighters 
• sticky notes 
• APS Chromebook and charger 
• combination lock(s)
• backpack 

There will be different lists of supplies that are specific for each class. These  lists will be given to students by individual teachers. Some possible examples may  include: 

• notebooks 
• binders 
• folders 
• content/class specific supplies (e.g., PE uniforms, safety goggles)

Class Schedules

Students will be able to access their schedules on Tuesday, August 4th after 1:00 PM via ParentVUE and StudentVUE.  If you have not done so already, please make sure you have completed the annual online registration process via ParentVUE.  

Please note we will not be accepting request for schedule changes at this time.

Schedule Changes/Corrections

2026-2027 class schedules will be released to ParentVUE/StudentVUE on Tuesday, August 4th at 1:00PM.  

Families will need to login to their Parent/StudentVUE account to access -- if students do not remember their password (it is the same password they use to login to their APS Chromebook), they can go to https://pwreset.aps.edu and click "Forgot Password". If they still cannot get logged in, please call the DRMS Front Desk at 857-9282 for assistance. Keep in mind our call volume is very high at this time, so please make sure they try to reset it before calling.

Once logged in, if there is not a schedule showing at all, please contact our DRMS Registrar, Tiffany Ortiz (tiffany.ortiz@aps.edu) to verify their registration status. 
 
Every year we have families/students who want to change their schedules. We cannot accommodate schedule changes this close to the start of the school year.  Please remember that we built the master schedule based on the student’s course requests from the spring -- or for newly enrolled students, their electives are often based on course size/availability. We cannot make changes to schedules to accommodate teacher/lunch preferences.  

We will make schedule corrections based on the criteria below.  

• Incorrect grade level course
• Duplicate courses
• Missing periods
• Schedule not aligned to IEP/504 requirements 

If a correction needs to be made to a student schedule, please email one of the staff below:
